Damaged Merchandise
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. Damaged parts from special discounted items will be replaced and cannot be returned for a refund.
General Returns
Merchandise purchased from European-Lighting.com may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 5 days of receipt of the goods. You must contact European-Lighting.com to inform them that you would like to return an item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Special Orders - (Made to Order or Custom Orders) are not covered under the return policy. Returns of special discounted items are not accepted.
